13 4 月 初嘗桜餅
櫻花季節好快就過左啦~我屋企附近既櫻花樹都出晒葉,唔知既都睇唔出係櫻花樹忝呀。星期一麥包出左trip,我唔想煮飯,就去左超市買烏冬同壽司食,哈哈~俾我冇意中見到有”桜餅”(さくらもち)賣。桜餅我睇雜誌就見得多,但一路都未食過。甘見到就緊係要買黎試下啦~!
但係我係雜誌見到既”桜餅”好似唔係甘架喔?我個時稔:唔通個”桜餅”係翻版?但係又話係”日本製造”架喔!甘我就上網搵下兩種”桜餅”有咩唔同啦。搵到既以下:
~桜餅と言うと大きくわけて二種類にわけられます。一つ目は道明寺の桜餅(関西風)、そして、二つ目は長命寺の桜餅(関東風)~
第一種係”関東風格”既”長命寺の桜餅” – 用葉包住粉紅色櫻花味既”クレープ型”(crepe)皮,而再用crepe卷住紅豆餡,係見到紅豆餡既(上左圖)。第二種係”関西風格”既”道明寺の桜餅” – 用葉包住櫻花味既”もち”(mochi),係”もち”內既就係紅豆餡,但係外面係見唔到餡既(上右圖)。而我買到既就係後者啦。
嘻嘻~因為我想等埋麥包返黎一齊食,所以尋晚先食。我地仲沖左茶送忝,本來想沖綠茶架,但屋企既綠茶茶包岩岩冇晒,就沖左媽咪留低既”鐵觀音”頂住先啦,哈哈~!我覺得幾好味架,唔會太甜,有櫻花同葉味。但麥包就唔係甘鍾意D葉味啦。
甘兩種”桜餅”比較之下,我稔我會鍾意食関東風味既多D,一來我覺得佢靚D,二來我稔我會鍾意食crepe型皮多D。星期六去宇和島屋睇下有冇関西風既賣先。
